Returns,Refunds and Cancellation Policy

We thank you for trusting us and ordering from our company. We have a 14 calendar days refund policy where a customer will be able to return the product to us within the 14 days after receiving the shipped product from us.

Requirements for receiving a refund : 

Product must not have been used.

It should have directly been purchased from us.

It must not have been worn and should be in the same condition you received it from us.

It needs to be in the same original packaging.

It must be within the first 14 calendar days of receiving it

Important:

If the customer purchased an item by mistake or chose the wrong color or size or it doesn't fit or any similar mistake or simply doesn't like the item we will still allow you to return the item but there would be "no refund" and we can only send you the correct size (if it's available) after we have received the item back and also there will be two way shipping costs will be payed by the customer. In case the replacement size or color is not available or the item returned as the customer changed his mind or doesn't like it then there will be a %50 restocking fee deduction from the refund as well as a two way shipping costs deduction.

Refund timeline:

Once we receive a valid refund request and we officially let you know that you are eligible for a  refund, we will issue you the refund in a window of 1-2 days but based on the credit company or the bank, it may take 3-7 business days before you will have it in your account.

Please kindly be advised that we won't accept any kind of claims regarding your purchase after 60 days of your purchase and your purchase will be considered confirmed and delivered.

We would also like to let you know that based on your screen resolution and device color system differences, there might be very minor differences in color between what you see on your monitor and what you will receive.

The shipping estimate you see on our product pages is in business days and it indicates the number of days between we ship the product and you receiving it. As far as requesting refunds, we only allow refund requests to be done once the 15 business days has passed from the original ETA  and you have still not received your item. If the refund request is done before the 15 business days period, or the item has been shipped  we will not be able to refund you. If you have a refund request, please follow our guidelines and communicate to us, otherwise any disputes or refund requests without prior communication to us will not be accepted.

All return requests need to get sent to Support@omymarts.com for processing. Please do like following :

Please attach evidences like photos or videos if it's necessary

 

Cancellations & Exchanges:

If you request a refund before we ship the item, you will receive a full refund. Once we ship the item, you would need to wait until you receive the item and then file a return request and pay the shipping return costs and re stocking fees.

 

Sales Items:

Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

 

Wrong, Damaged or Quality defects item : 

We need at least 3 pictures of the damaged item or different quality from all angles along with detailed description about what is wrong with it so we can make a decision. We also need you to send us a picture of the original package and the shipping labels with the sender and receiver address showing up on it. 

 

You have provided the wrong address:

We will not be responsible for the lost or stolen package if we have already shipped it. You can definitely purchase another one from us.
